Thomas Randall

Vice President and General Manager – Harlem Irving Companies

 

As Vice President and General Manager for the Harlem Irving Companies, Inc., Thomas Randall is responsible for day to day leadership of Harlem Irving’s retail portfolio including Property Management, Specialty Leasing, Marketing, Security and Operations.  Randall also oversees Harlem Irving’s corporate insurance, human resources and information technology initiatives.

Background

Prior to joining The Harlem Irving Companies, Randall was Senior Manager, Property Management with Macerich where he was responsible for some of the most successful assets within their portfolio directing leasing and development teams in strategic, long-term planning of assets in Washington, California, Arizona and Oregon.  While at Macerich, Randall spearheaded the CSM continuing education initiative that resulted in over 75 property managers attaining ICSC’s CSM designation.  Prior to joining Macerich, Randall served as General Manager with the Richard E. Jacobs Group managing assets in Illinois, Washington and Wisconsin.   Randall has instructed at various ICSC schools for professional development over the past 15 years and is a member of ICSC’s CSM Governing and Admissions Committee.

Randall has a BA in Communication with an emphasis in public relations and a minor in industrial safety from the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater.  He also holds the Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) and Certified Retail Executive (CRX) designations from the International Council of Shopping Centers.
